Multi-site retail, food service, logistics and manufacturing
Every location trained on the same version of the manual.
Upload your operations manuals and safety procedures. Human Premium drafts a course that quotes them line by line, your operations manager signs it, and you can show who learned which version.
What you upload
- Operations manuals
- Safety procedures
- Food safety plans
- Equipment SOPs
- Opening and closing checklists
Who signs
operations manager
Nothing reaches your team until they sign. An edit lapses that lesson’s sign-off.
Courses
What teams build first
- 01Frontline onboarding
- 02Safety procedures
- 03Food safety refreshers
- 04Equipment SOPs
- 05New-location launch training
How it works
Six steps from an SOP to a signed course
Step 01 of 06
Upload the documents you answer to
Say who the course is for and what they need to be able to do. Then add the source: an SOP, a policy wording, a claims procedure, a care policy or a protocol. The builder teaches from those files and nothing else.
New course brief
- Course name, audience and learning goal fields
- Drop zone with two uploaded PDFs and their page counts
- "Start build" button, bottom right
Change watch
A revised SOP lapses only the lessons that quote it
Upload the new version. Lessons that cite a changed clause lose their sign-off, your operations manager reviews the difference, and only the people trained on the old version get a short update.
Change watch
- A operations manuals clause shown with the old wording struck and the new wording added
- List of affected lessons marked "Sign-off lapsed"
- Count of people trained on the old version and "Send update"
Course library: operations and franchises
- Course cards for frontline onboarding, safety procedures, food safety refreshers
- Each card shows version, signer and completion rate
- Filter chips by team and status: Signed, Draft, Sign-off lapsed
Bring one document. Leave with a draft course.
In a 30-minute live build we turn one of your policies or procedures into cited lessons while you watch, and you keep the draft.
