Upload the documents you answer to
Say who the course is for and what they need to be able to do. Then add the source: an SOP, a policy wording, a claims procedure, a care policy or a protocol. The builder teaches from those files and nothing else.

What each part of the product does
The builder uses Perplexity for research, Claude for writing, Google Gemini and Veo for visuals and ElevenLabs for narration. Your reviewer has the final word on all of it.
Cited lessons
Every point quotes the sentence it teaches.
Lesson points carry the exact sentence, page and section they come from. Anything the builder cannot source is flagged for your reviewer and stays out of the course.

Named sign-off
Nothing publishes until your reviewer signs.
Your reviewer approves each lesson beside its source and signs the course. Any later edit lapses that lesson’s sign-off until they review it again.

Retrain the clause that changed.
Upload a new version of a document. Lessons that quote a changed clause lose their sign-off, and only the people trained on the old version get the update.
